ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong bay.
Day 2: Halong bay – Catba island. Rock climbing.
Day 3: Trekking in Cat Ba national park. Cat ba – Haiphong – Hanoi.

TOUR DETAIL
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong bay.
Met up at your hotel in Hanoi by The B Tourist  Travel guide, driver and transferred to Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life.
Arrive in Halong around noon and board the Bai Tho traditional sailing junk (or similar junk). Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit the Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave.
Take a kayaking trip to explore the Bay or enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner.

Overnight on board junk.
Day 2: Halong bay – Catba island. Rock climbing.
After breakfast, we leave the boat-house joining a small wooden boat for another cruise towards Catba island.
Upon arrival in Catba island pier, you will be picked up by local motor-taxi (“xe om”) and transferred to Cat Ba town.
After a short briefing about rock climbing, enjoy another ride into the small farming village of Lien Minh where your  lunch will be provided on a bee farm with fresh local foods. Then learn some basic instruction and introduction to Rock Climbing before enjoying about three hours guided Rock Climbing in Butterfly Valley.
Return to Cat Ba Town.
Day 3: Trekking in Cat Ba national park. Cat ba – Haiphong – Hanoi.
Enjoy a half day trekking to Cat Ba national park. We will trek through jungle and have a chance to see the panorama of Halong Bay from one of the mountain summits we would conquer during the trek.
Return Catba town for lunch.
At 2pm, take a speed boat to travel to Haiphong where our vehicle will wait for us for the drive back to Hanoi. End trip.
